Creator Levels: From New to Legend
The UGC level system rewards consistent, high-quality creators with early slot access, higher campaign eligibility, and reduced payout hold times - including access to premium WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns.
The level system
As you complete campaigns and build your track record on UGC, your creator level increases. Higher levels unlock tangible benefits across all campaign types - including flat-rate WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns.

How to level up
Levels are determined by a combination of completed campaigns, total earnings, trust score, and account age. You can view your current level and points on the Creator Level page.
WhatsApp verification and level eligibility
Some higher-value WhatsApp Status campaigns require Tier 1 WhatsApp verification - proving that your WhatsApp number is active and deliverable. This is a one-time step in Settings → Social Accounts and also ensures you receive platform alerts directly on WhatsApp.
Completing WhatsApp verification improves your creator trust score and may unlock eligibility for campaigns that require it. See Verifying Your Social Accounts for the full guide.
Premium early access
Premium early access (Growth, Scale, or Enterprise on Upgrade) gives you early notifications and the ability to see and reserve high-value campaigns before they open to everyone - with a monthly quota by plan (Growth 20, Scale 60, Enterprise unlimited). Alerts arrive in-app and, if linked, via Telegram or WhatsApp when enabled.
Creator levels still unlock other perks (e.g. Legend Relay auto-reserve). Early access itself is a platform subscription entitlement. Legacy Creator Premium flags may still affect earnings hold timing only - not early access.
