Reserving and Submitting Your First Slot

A step-by-step guide to finding a campaign, reserving a slot, posting the content, and submitting proof - including the two-step view-proof workflow for WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns.

Before you start

Step 1 – Find a campaign

Open Discover. Each card shows payout, platforms, and slots remaining. Tap View Details to open the full campaign page - brief, creative assets, hashtags, requirements, and a type-aware How it works section. Use the feed filters to narrow by payout type (CPM vs. flat rate), platform (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Status, etc.), or campaign type. Flat-rate campaigns show your fixed earning per slot upfront - no guessing.

Step 2 – Reserve a slot

When a campaign fits your audience, tap Broadcast Now on the details page (or on the Discover feed card). You have a limited window (shown on the slot after reserve) to post before the slot expires. After a successful reserve, tap Go to my slot - you'll land in My Slots → Reserved with the broadcast kit ready.

Step 3 – Broadcast the content

Download campaign assets from the details page or from your slot's broadcast kit in My Slots. Post on the specified platform exactly as instructed. Include all required hashtags - especially any disclosure tags like #ad. Need a refresher on timing or proof steps? In My Slots, tap See how on your slot - it opens the campaign's How it works section.

Personalize your post. On algorithm-driven platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), always add your own hook, caption wording, or native sound. Identical posts suppress each other's reach. See Make Every Post Original for the full guide.

Step 4a – Submitting a standard (link-based) slot

For TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Telegram Channel slots:

  1. Go to My Slots → Reserved and open your slot.
  2. Paste your public post URL and select the platform.
  3. Tap Submit. Your submission goes into review; view tracking begins once approved.

Step 4b – Submitting a WhatsApp Status or Snapchat Spotlight slot (two-step proof)

WhatsApp Status and Snapchat don't have public post URLs. Instead, UGC uses a two-step proof process to verify your real reach - and protect against fraud:

Submit step - "I posted"

  1. Go to My Slots → Reserved and open your slot.
  2. Select WhatsApp Status or Snapchat Spotlight as your platform.
  3. Optionally upload one creative screenshot (showing the post on your Status - not the view count).
  4. Confirm you've posted and tap Submit.

Your slot status changes to Submitted (see the Submitted tab) with a countdown timer. Your slot is not complete yet. You must come back for the view-proof step.

The waiting period

After your submit step, UGC waits a set number of hours before your view-proof upload unlocks. This gives your post time to accumulate real views - and prevents creators from posting then immediately deleting. Keep your Status or Spotlight post live. You'll receive an in-app notification (and WhatsApp alert if you have notifications enabled) when the view-proof window opens.

View-proof step - upload your screenshots

  1. When the countdown completes, return to the slot in My Slots → Submitted.
  2. Upload one or two screenshots showing your WhatsApp Status or Snapchat Spotlight view counts.
  3. Tap Submit proof.
  4. Our review team approves your slot and your flat-fee earnings are released.

Important: You cannot upload view-count screenshots before the window opens - the app will not accept them. If the view-proof window passes without a submission, the slot moves to Expired in History. Check My Slots regularly.

What happens after submission?

For all platforms: once your slot is approved, earnings accumulate in your creator profile. Transfer to your wallet from Creator Earnings and withdraw any time.

Broadcasting again on the same campaign

When a campaign still has open slots and your keep-live window has ended, you may see Broadcast again on an approved slot in the Submitted tab. That reserves a fresh cycle on the same campaign (often with the same tracking link) - useful when the campaign is still live and you want another flat fee or more CPM views. Once your keep-live period ends, the tracking link callout is hidden because you no longer need the post live.
