Content Policy
What can and cannot be distributed on UGC, and how we review campaigns before they go live.
UGC is an advertising distribution platform. Brand-submitted content is reviewed before distribution. Creators distribute pre-approved brand assets on their own social media accounts - they do not produce the content.
Content Review
Before any campaign goes live, our team reviews uploaded brand assets for compliance with this policy, the terms of platforms where they will be distributed (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and applicable advertising standards. Campaigns that do not pass review are not activated.
Prohibited Content Categories
The following content categories are permanently prohibited on UGC:
- Illegal goods or services
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Tobacco, unregulated supplements, and controlled substances
- Gambling and lottery services (without proper regulatory approval)
- Content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Content that incites violence, hatred, or intimidation against individuals or groups
- Misleading health claims
- Counterfeit goods
Restricted Categories (Enhanced Review)
The following are allowed on UGC but always require manual review before going live - they never auto-approve:
Political & civic advertising
Electoral, party, candidate, NGO civic, and government-awareness campaigns are permitted. We welcome this category, subject to the rules below:
- Sponsor disclosure - identify who paid for the distribution; include #ad, #sponsored, and any required "paid for by" labels for the target jurisdiction.
- Truthful claims - no false statements about candidates, parties, or ballot measures; no impersonation of officials or opponents.
- No incitement - political content must not promote violence, voter intimidation, or suppression.
- Regulatory compliance - advertisers confirm the campaign meets ARCON and applicable election-advertising rules in every target country.
- Election timing - we may decline or pause campaigns that breach local election silence windows or blackout periods.
Publicité fintech, crypto et investissement
Les produits fintech, les projets de cryptomonnaie, les plateformes d'investissement et les promotions de rendement sont autorisés mais nécessitent toujours une révision manuelle renforcée. Les annonceurs doivent inclure les mentions légales réglementaires requises (SEC, CBN ou équivalent dans les marchés cibles) et ne peuvent pas faire de déclarations de rendement non vérifiées. Les campagnes pour des produits financiers non agréés ou non enregistrés seront refusées.
Creator Conduct
All creators agree to our Conditions d'utilisation before joining any campaign. Creators must post approved assets without material modification and include required disclosures (#ad / #sponsored where required). Violations may result in suspension and withheld earnings pending review.
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers warrant that uploaded content is lawful, truthful, and compliant with target-market advertising standards. Music and promo campaigns require rights confirmation at campaign creation.
API, automatisation et agents
Les campagnes, assets et instructions soumis via l'API UGC, la Console Développeur, les outils MCP, les identifiants d'agent ou les intégrations d'automatisation (notamment Zapier, Make et n8n) restent soumis à cette Politique de Contenu et à la révision avant distribution. L'accès programmatique n'exempte pas le contenu de la révision et ne permet pas les catégories interdites ou restreintes qui seraient refusées dans le portail.
- Les partenaires et agents ne doivent pas utiliser les API ou l'automatisation pour diffuser du contenu interdit, contourner la révision renforcée ou manipuler les métriques de campagne.
- Vous devez sécuriser les réponses API et les charges utiles des webhooks, et ne pas les utiliser pour collecter des données personnelles ou des éléments de campagne au-delà de ce qui est nécessaire à votre intégration.
- Nous pouvons révoquer les clés API, identifiants d'agent ou accès d'automatisation lorsque le contenu ou le comportement soumis via ces canaux enfreint cette politique.
Enforcement
We may remove campaigns, suspend accounts, or withhold payouts when content or conduct breaches this policy or our Terms of Service. Report concerns via our Nous contacter.
