Funding options

You can fund a campaign from:

• Your UGC wallet balance - instant, no extra fee.
• Payment link - generate a shareable link for card or bank transfer payment (from Wallet).
• Checkout - pay directly with a card at campaign creation.

How budget is held

When a creator reserves a slot, a portion of your budget is reserved (held against the estimated slot cost). This prevents over-commitment. The reserved amount is:

• Released back if the slot expires without submission or is rejected.
• Converted to spend when the slot is approved and earnings are confirmed.

Budget timing on WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns

These campaigns take longer to complete than standard campaigns. Here's why:

1. The creator posts to their Status or Spotlight and confirms in the app (submit step).
2. A waiting period passes before the view-proof upload window opens - this is intentional to ensure genuine views accumulate.
3. The creator uploads view-count screenshots.
4. Our review team approves the slot and the flat fee is paid.

This means a creator's slot budget remains reserved longer than on link-based campaigns. Plan your campaign timeline accordingly. A campaign running 20 WhatsApp Status slots may take a few extra days to fully settle compared to an equivalent TikTok campaign.

Important: If you cancel a campaign while creators are in the waiting period between their submit step and view-proof upload, those creators are still considered to have done the work. Their slots will complete the proof process before the campaign fully closes and refunds unspent budget.

Topping up

If your remaining budget runs low before your campaign reaches its goal, top it up at any time from Campaigns → your campaign → Top Up.

Pausing and resuming

Pause a campaign to stop new slot reservations (active slots continue running). Resume when you're ready. Paused campaigns do not refund - the budget remains available for when you resume.

Completion and refunds

When a campaign completes, any unspent reserved and remaining budget is returned to your wallet balance. For WhatsApp/Snapchat campaigns, completion waits for all pending view-proof slots to resolve (approved, rejected, or expired) before the final refund is calculated.
