Campaign Analytics and Performance Reports

Track views, slots filled, spend, and platform breakdown from the campaign dashboard - including what analytics look like for flat-rate WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns.

Campaign analytics overview

Open any campaign and tap Analytics to see a live summary:

  • Total views - verified views across all approved slots.
  • Slots filled / submitted / approved - funnel from reservation to completion.
  • Spend to date - actual earnings paid to creators.
  • Remaining budget - budget not yet reserved or spent.
  • Platform breakdown - views and slots by TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Snapchat, X, YouTube, etc.

Analytics for link-based campaigns (CPM)

CPM campaigns show verified view counts that update over time as views are tracked. You can see per-slot view counts, the platform contribution, and spending pace. This data is updated continuously as view cycles run.

Analytics for WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight campaigns

These campaigns are flat-rate, so the primary metrics are different:

  • Slots approved - the number of creators whose proof was verified and slot approved. This is your primary completion metric.
  • Estimated reach - total view counts reported by creators in their view-proof screenshots (recorded for analytics purposes, not used for payout calculation).
  • Proof status breakdown - slots awaiting proof upload, slots in review, slots approved, slots rejected.
  • Clicks (if conversion tracking is enabled) - the number of times your destination link was tapped from a creator's Status caption. This is the most direct performance signal available for WhatsApp campaigns.

Note: WhatsApp view counts cannot be verified automatically - they come from creator-submitted screenshots reviewed by our team. They are indicative reach data, not audited third-party metrics.

Conversion tracking

If you set a Conversion URL on a campaign (especially useful for WhatsApp Status), UGC tracks click-throughs via a per-slot tracking link. Each creator receives a unique link that appears on their slot detail. They include it in their Status caption. Click data appears in the Analytics section broken down by creator and platform.

Slot-level detail

The Submissions view lists every creator slot with their platform, view count (from screenshots for WhatsApp/Snapchat), and approval status. You can flag a submission for review if you believe there is an issue.
